We are a community owned and supported school operating under the umbrella of the Islamic Center of Old Bridge.
Our facility is conveniently located at 205 Rt 35 North, Cliffwood Beach, NJ in Old Bridge Township.
The 5,000 square feet air conditioned school building has been recently rebuilt and redesigned specifically for School use. A large 4,000 square feet Prayer Hall is also located on premises where children perform their salah and become familiar and comfortable with the masjid setting at an early age.
We aim to provide a well-balanced instructional program that will enable all children to reach their highest level of academic success while promoting Islamic values and fostering a strong self-identity of being a Muslim.
Highlights
The ICOB Summer School Program has been developed to meet the child development needs of the Muslim Community during summer time. Children often waste their summers sleeping late, watching TV or doing nothing productive. This wasted time can be utilized more productively by keeping our children engaged and preparing them for the future challenges.
The goal of the ICOB summer school program is to provide extended learning for children in three important areas: educational enrichment, Islamic education and physical and recreational activities.
Located on the Islamic Center of Old Bridge facility, in a newly remodeled air-conditioned building, the School offers a learning experience in spacious classrooms with outdoor play facilities and an on-site prayer hall to nurture the Islamic faith.
The program runs for four and a half hours per day Monday through Thursday for six weeks from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Extended hours for early drop off and/or late pickup can also be arranged for parents who are unable to pick up their children during normal hours.
